The Sun report that Jurgen Klopp will attempt to replace number one goalkeeper Simon Mignolet with Cologne's Timo Horn in the summer.
Liverpool are considering making a £7million bid for the 22-year-old.
Mignolet has come in for criticism over the last two seasons for a number of high-profile mistakes, including one in last weekend's 2-2 draw with Newcastle.
