Liverpool target West Ham defender Obiang

Liverpool are keeping tabs on West Ham United midfielder Pedro Obiang, according to a report from The Sun.

The 24-year-old Spaniard joined the Hammers from Sampdoria in 2015, and since then has become a crucial part of Slaven Bilic's side.

The report claims that Reds manager Jurgen Klopp has been monitoring the player and is a big admirer of him.

The German manager could fancy a summer move for the £18million-rated Obiang as he looks to strengthen his midfield at the end of the season.
