Liverpool and Tottenham are in contact with Inter Milan for midfielder Sulley Muntari, Italian newspaper La Gazzetta dello Sport has reported.
Milan sources say Muntari is up for sale in January and Liverpool have already asked about taking him on-loan for the remainder of the season.
Inter would prefer a straight cash sale and are seeking ââ¬10 million for the former Portsmouth midfielder.
Spurs have also expressed interest in Muntari, who played for manager Harry Redknapp at Pompey.
Muntari has racked up 56 appearances and 8 goals for Inter Milan since joining them in 2008.
