Three home-based players scored all the goals as the Black Stars trounced Prampram United 3-0 in a 2014 World Cup warm-up on Thursday.

Solomon Asante, Richard Kissi-Boateng and Ben Acheampong scored that goals at Ghana's national team strolled to the victory even though the second tier side provided stiff opposition.

But the day belonged to Berekum Chelsea left-back  Kissi-Boateng, whose classic goal stole the heart of the fans.

Kissi-Boateng linked up well with Ishmael Yartey on the left  before embarking on a mazy run after slaloming past fours defenders before firing past the goalkepeer.

The goal drew wild applause from his team-mates and the spectators as the Berekum Chelsea player looks to have sealed the position that has become the bane of the national team.

The game played at the Accra Sports Stadium was aimed at offering the team relative competition as Ghana prepares to host Lesotho in the opening 2014 World Cup qualifiers on June 1.

The Black Stars led 2-0 at halftime which had five locally-based players starting.

The Black Stars’ performance dropped with the whole team changed for the second period.

They were however able to create numerous goal scoring opportunities which were all spurned up until Asante Kotoko striker Ben Acheampong scored at the depth to finish off the Division Two side.
