Officials of Swedish side Malmo FF are in Ghana to finalize the transfer fee of Heart of Lions striker Benjamin Fadi.
The Ghana U20 player impressed on a two-week trial and the club are set to list him on their roster for the upcoming campaign.
“He’s been here and it’s no secret that our scouting manager Vito Stavljanin recently been down in Ghana,” Malmo coach Rikard Norling disclosed.
Fadi has returned to the Kpando-based side and preparing for Sunday’s Ghana Premier League match against Hearts of Oak.
If a deal is agreed, the 18-year-old will join The Sky Blues.
The 2013 Allsvenskan will begin on 31 March and end on 3 November.
