CONFIRMED: IMC of struggling DOL side RTU resign with immediate effect
Real Tamale United

The Interim Management Committee of stryluggling DOL side Real Tamale United have laid down their tools, en-bloc and have no intentions of going back due to poor remunerations and bad working conditions.

According to Chairman of the Committee Alhaji Alhassan Alolo, the entire team took the decision after he declared his intentions of ending his relationship with the club.

Last week due to consistent frustration and rapid declining in results fans of the club ceased the team bus and that is said to have played a role in the executive committee putting down their tools.

"Our bus broke down when the team was returning from our game with Berekum Arsenal," Alhaji Alolo narrated.

The driver had to buy spare parts on credit to fix the car but aggrieved fans or the club marched to his house threatening his life insisting he is conniving with us (the management) to misuse funds that accrue from the commercial activities of the club.

"I think I have had enough of the noise from the fans. I gave done my best from a player to a board member to a financier and now a management member. It's okay, " the unhappy Alhaji Alolo told Ghanasoccernet.com

The Tamale based side has been struggling to stagele a return into the Ghana Premier League after they were relegated over four seasons ago.
