According to latest Italian news, French international centre-back Eliaquim Mangala (26), already pursued by Inter Milan during last August, has already said yes to moving to Neroazzurri in January, most likely as a loanee (possibly including a buy-back clause). Former Valencia and Porto player is still on a deal with Manchester City until June 2019, and Pep Guardiola isn't entrusting him with game time a lot.
