MANCHESTER CITY target Pogba

Manchester City have reportedly refocused their efforts to sign Juventus star Paul Pogba, according to Metro.

The 23-year-old has been linked with a move to a number of clubs this summer, including City's Premier League rivals Chelsea. However, incoming manager Pep Guardiola has highlighted the importance of reshaping the Manchester City squad and the Spaniard has made the signing of Pogba a priority.

It was believed that Manchester City had previously pulled out of a deal for the Pogbal a year ago after being quoted a transfer fee of £75million, in addition to wages of £300,000 a week. However, Yaya Toure's declining form and Guardiola's desire to add star power to the City squad have meant that the club will now push forward with a move for the Juventus man.
