MANCHESTER CITY - Yaya Toure wants to stay in spite of Guardiola

Published on: 26 May 2016

Yaya Toure is willing to stay in the Premier League next season, despite Manchester City reportedly want to sell the Ivory Coast midfielder, who has been heavily linked with a move to the Italian Serie A.

Inter Milan and Shanghai SIPG have already placed bids for the 33-year-old, and his agent Dimitri Seluk recently claimed: “After what happened at Barcelona, of course it is a worry that when Guardiola comes Yaya will be out”.

His brother Kolo, reportedly said: “Everybody wants to play for Pep,”

“He is a top manager. They know each other very well and I don’t think it will be a problem if they keep working together."

“I guess Yaya wants to play for Pep but it depends on what he is thinking and what Pep is thinking.”
