Manchester United scouts are closely watching Ghana whizkid Moses Odjer at the ongoing FIFA U20 World Cup in Turkey.

According to reports in the Ghanaian media, the English giants have made enquiries about the talented silky midfielder.

But Manchester United will face fight for the signature of the talented youngster as several clubs in Europe have already contacted his club over his availability.

Reports carried in local newspapers claimed Serie A side Chievo Verona have already contacted Tema Youth about signing the teenager.

Odjer, 16, showed glimpses of his brilliant talent by scoring a world classy opener for the Black Satellites in their 4-3 win over Chile.

Manchester United scouts were at the Ali Sami Yen Arena in Istanbul on Sunday night and were impressed with the starlet's performance.
