Manchester United XI unchanged vs. Swansea; Victor Lindelof on bench

Paul Mariner believes Ander Herrera will still strongly impact Man United even though he may not be a full-time starter. Brian McBride questions whether or not Mourinho is making the right move to hold off on any additional Man United signings. Swansea manager Paul Clement is confident his side are stronger than last season and can build on their good record against Manchester United.

Jose Mourinho has named an unchanged team for Manchester United's trip to Swansea City, while defender Victor Lindelof comes into the squad for the first time this season.

Mourinho has kept faith with the XI that comfortably beat West Ham United 4-0 at Old Trafford last weekend.

Summer signings Romelu Lukaku and Nemanja Matic both start at the Liberty Stadium, along with Marcus Rashford and Henrikh Mkhitaryan.

Anthony Martial, who came off the bench to score against West Ham, is again named among the substitutes. 

Lindelof is on the bench after being omitted from the squad against West Ham. The Sweden international comes in for Matteo Darmian.

Michael Carrick, Axel Tuanzebe and Andreas Pereira did not travel.

Manchester United, who topped the Premier League table after the first round of fixtures on goal difference, can make it two wins out of two with a victory in Wales before the rest of their Premier League rivals play this weekend.
