MANCHESTER UNITED - Zlatan: \"I don\'t believe I\'m arrogant in the way people think\"

Published on: 13 August 2016

Manchester United forward Zlatan Ibrahimovic has been criticised in the past for statements he has made that people interpreted as arrogance. Such as, 'a World Cup without me is not worth watching' and 'I don't need the Ballon D'or to know I'm the best'.

The Swedish international has been quoted saying that he is just a normal person and isn't arrogant.

"I'm a normal person, People have the image of me that I'm a bad boy; I'm this and I'm that.

"I don't believe I'm arrogant in the way that people think.

"I'm confident. I believe in myself. That's not being arrogant. That's something I believe is an individual strength in the human being."
