Italian striker of Ghanaian descent Mario Balotelli has been put on the transfer list by AC Milan president Silvio Berlusconi, according to reports in Italy.

The striker is said to have been made available for sale in January, with Italian newspaper Il Secolo XIX writing the Serie A giants have simply ‘had enough’ of the former Manchester City man.

‘I’ve had enough and the decision is made. Mario is officially on the market and we need to sell him before the end of January,’ Il Secolo XIX report Berlusconi to have said.

23-year-old Balotelli joined Milan last January from Man City and has scored eight goals in 17 appearances this term.

But with Allegri’s men struggling this season, with just four Serie A wins to their name, it appears the president may be looking to make some major changes when the transfer window opens next week.
