Inter Allies recovered from their Sunday’s humiliating defeat at AshantiGold over the weekend to beat Bechem United 1-0 on match day 20 at the El Wak Stadium.
The first half of the game was characterized by temporary hold ups and delay tactics from the visitors, which culminated the half to end in a stalemate.
But Inter Allies boldly came out in second half and mounted incessant pressure on the visitors and opened the scores courtesy inspirational midfielder Wahab Ackwei in the 56th minute, which proved to be the winner.
The win takes Allies to 5th on the log with 28 points.
