The debutantes grabbed the win via Clement Boahen exquisite finish before Isaac Baah beautifully converted from the spot to seal victory for City.
Allies knew they had to get a positive results from the game to keep alive their survival hopes but were stunned when City scored two quick goals.
For City the scoreline comes good as they climb to a mid-table spot.
