Medeama coach Tanko Shaibu admits the 4-0 loss to Tema Youth is too much to stomach.

The Premier League leaders were torn into shreds with goals from Francis Narh (two goals), Bright Adjei and Abass Mohammed.

The Mauv and Yellows however retained their lead in the top flight despite Sunday’s heavy defeat.

But Tanko though conceding the defeat was bad, is already looking forward to making amends in subsequent games.

“It is bad. We weren’t expecting such a huge margin,” he said.

“But this is a league and we look to make amends in the coming games.”

Medeama will be looking to redeem themselves when they host Hearts of Oak in their next game.
