Medeama coach Tom Strand criticized the playing surface after his side following his sideââ¬â¢s goalless draw against Hearts on Sunday.
The Swedish trainer expressed concern about the poor state of the Tarkwa and Aboso Park as the two teams shared the spoils.
The 31-year-old blamed his sideââ¬â¢s inability to pick maximum points on the ââ¬Ëbad stateââ¬â¢ of the pitch.
ââ¬ÅUnfortunately the pitch was not good for us to play good football. It was a lot of running and playing with a lot more distractive play,â⬠he said
ââ¬ÅThe pitch didnââ¬â¢t allow for free flow of football and that worries me. It was obvious ball control was even difficult and that is one area we must look at.ââ¬
The result leaves the Mauve and Yellows 10th on the table with two games to end the season.
