Medeama SC have confirmed their participation in next year's GHALCA G8 tournament in January.
The Tarkwa-based side, who finished seventh at the end of last season, have replaced WAFA who have withdrawn.
A statement on the club's Twitter handle read: ''We would like to inform our fans that we will participate in the G8 tournament. The club has decided to honour the invitation from GHALCA.''
Medeama will slot into Group B alongside Hearts of Oak, Ebusua Dwarfs and newly promoted Premier League side, Karela United.
