Medeama defender Joseph Jackson has been ruled out of action for two weeks with an ankle injury, the club confirmed on Friday. Â
The left-back picked up an ankle sprain during the sideâ€™s hard-fought 2-1 win over Hearts of Oak in an outstanding First Capital Plus Premier League on Wednesday.
Doctors have confirmed he will be unavailable for the next two weeks.
â€œJoseph Jackson picked up an ankle sprain during the game against Hearts and will be out for two weeks,â€ a club statement read
â€œWe wish him and hope he returns in good health to augment the effort of his colleagues.â€
He will miss Sundayâ€™s home game against rocked-bottom Ebusua Dwarfs.
