Medeama players have been promised a 1,000 Ghana cedi winning bonus by board member Justice Abban to beat Hearts of Oak in Accra on Sunday.
The promise was made at the team's training ground on Friday morning.
"He (Justice Abban) told them in plain words that they should not drop their guard and this is what a team needs ahead of a crucial encounter," Spokesperson Ebenezer Aidoo told the club's website, www.medeamasc.com
“We need a win to continue our rise on the league table. We cannot afford to lose this match at all."
The Mauve and Yellow beat Mighty Jets 3-0 at home to move to eighth place on the league table.
