Medeama goalkeeper Muntari Tagoe claims he's not worried about his lack of playing time at the club.

The club's captain has been dislodged by Daniel Agyei since he joined at the start of the second half of the season.

Agyei, a former Ghana Under-20 star, has been the preferred choice for coach Prince Owusu since his arrival.

The former Liberty Professionals glovesman has shown tremendous qualities to throw more cast doubt about the future of Tagoe.

But he claims he's not perturbed.

“I don’t have a problem being on the bench or not playing games because every coach has his ways of doing his own things,” he told YFM.

“So, if he has come and he knows how he wants his team to play and how he wants the team to go. So if he chooses him to play I don’t have a problem with that.”

Medeama SC who are currently engaged in CAF confederations Cup football have a chance to make it into the semifinals of the competition, and Muntari Tagoe has attributed their performance in the competition with the unity in camp. “We all want the team to go far and do well in this competition and every competition we find ourselves.

“Everybody chosen to play has to do their possible best for the club so me as a player, I’m okay with everything going on here.”
