Ghana Premier League leaders Medeama drew Wa All Stars for the round of 32 fixtures of the MTN Ghana FA Cup.
The fixture is the only all-premiership pairing in this year's competition.
Hearts of Oak will face second-tier side BA Stars at home; Berekum Chelsea entertain Gomoa Fetteh Feyenoord and King Faisal play Mighty Jets in a mouth-watering contest.
In other interesting pairings, holder New Edubiase will face either Yassin FC or Starke FCÂ whose round of 64 match will be played next month.
Asante Kotok will also play third-tier side Agbozome Weavers in their outstanding round 64 tie.
