Meadeama were unable to fly out for their first leg CAF Confederations Cup match against AC Leopards on Tuesday as initially scheduled.

The Yellow and Mauves were set to leave Accra on Tuesday night on a Kenyan Airways fight for Congo.

The Ghana Premier League club were however unable to make the trip as scheduled due to flight complications and will now leave on Thursday dawn on a Royal Air Maroc flight.

The team is currently based at the Lizzy Sports Complex in Accra where they will hold two training sessions on Wednesday ahead of their trip to Congo.

Medeama are only making their debut appearance in a CAF inter club competition this season.

The FA Cup holders will go through to the group phase of the competition if they claim an aggregate win over Congolese club AC Leopards.
