Medeama will likely face Libyan side Al Ittihad in the next round of qualifiers in the CAF Confederation.

The Libyan side are the overwhelming favourite to advance after their 4-1 hammering of Nigerien side Sonidep on Friday.

The big win puts them in cruise control ahead of the return leg at the Stade Municipal in Niamey.

The North African side will most likely lock horns with the Ghanaian FA Cup holders, who drew bye following their stellar run in 2013.

The game will take place at the Stade Taïeb Mhiri stadium in Tunisia next month.
