Medeama SC midfielder Francis Coffie claims the return of the injured trio will prove positive in their Premier League tie against Liberty Professionals.

The availability of the ex-Asante winger and two others-Larbi Coomson and 2011 All Africa Games gold medalist Richard Mpong will excite under-pressure interim boss Yusif Abubakar.

Coffie recovered from prolonged malaria and should boost their attack force at the Essipong stadium.

"This is an important game for us and I believe the return of myself and the other players from injury will help us a lot,'' Coffie said.

"We lost two matches and so we must play to win on Sunday. The addition of the other players will inspire team confidence

"We need to start winning for our fans because the past two weeks have been very difficult for them and so hopefully we can put the smiles back on their faces once again."

Medeama are second-bottom on the league table after losing the opening two matches.
