Medeama SC midfielder Kwesi Donsu says returning back Kumasi on Sunday with one point against Asante Kotoko in their week 21 clash of the Ghana Premier League will feel like defeat.

The Porcupine Warriors have been on a purple patch form in the second round of the campaign, having collected eight points from a possible fifteen to move up to 5th on the log.

But Medeama will hope to put breaks on the premier league giants by picking maximum points when the two sides lock horns at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium on Sunday.

"We are billed to face Kotoko and amassing a point out of this game is like losing the three maximum points to them," he told Kumasi-based Silver FM.

"So come what may on Sunday we shall beat them in the game," he added.

"We want our supporters to rally behind us as we look forward to break our winless jinx against Kotokok on Sunday."

"The draw games against them in Kumasi are becoming unbearable for us and so we are appealing to the fans that they should throng to the stadium in their numbers in order to come and cheer us to Victory as we look forward to clinching all the maximum points at stake in the clash."
