Medeama will meet Zambian side ZESCO United in their CAF Confederation Cup penultimate qualifying round.

The Tarkwa-based progressed from the first round stage after recording a 4-2 aggregate win over Morrocan side MAS Fez after losing 2-1 in the return leg clash on Saturday.

The debutants face a tougher side in ZESCO United who play in the Zambian Premier League.

The three-time Zambian champions are wholly owned and sponsored by the state-owned electricity supplier ZESCO.

They reached the second qualifying round after eliminating Mozambican side Ferroviário da Beira.

Medeama will host the Team Ya Ziko in the first leg between the weekend of March 21-23.

The return leg will be played at the Levy Mwanawasa Stadium in Ndola between the weekend of 28-30.
