Medeama will arrive in Ghana on Tuesday following their 3-1 defeat to TP Mazembe in a CAF Confederation Cup tie on Sunday.
The Mauve and Yellows will connect through Nairobi,Kenya before landing in their native country on Tuesday morning (11:30 am).
The two-time Ghanaian FA Cup champions surrendered an early lead to lose against the Ravens at the Stade TP Mazembe.
