Premier League side Medeama SC have confirmed the club will embark on a training tour of either US, Italy or South America in the off-season.

The Tarkwa-based side finished third at the end of the Ghana Premier League on Sunday after losing 0-1 defeat to Asante Kotoko at home.

The club will be involved in the prestigious pre-season Top-4 tournament for the first time and the club say plans are firmed up to embark on a massive pre-season trip abroad.

"We have invitations  to travel to either US, Italy or South Africa for a pre-season tour during the break and that’s what we’ll be working on," Medeama PRO Ebenezer Aidoo told Citi Sports

"It's been pretty good season for us and despite the fact we lost at home to Kotoko on the final day, we are still happy because the dream is on course and we'll climb higher next season."
