Medeama will move out of the relegation zone with a win over Inter Allies in an outstanding Ghana Premier League fixture on Wednesday.

The Mauve and Yellows have endured a torrid campaign in the domestic top-flight despite their roller-coaster run in the CAF Confederation Cup.

The two-time Ghana FA Cup champions lost 3-0 at Aduana Stars on Sunday to send them rock-bottom.

But coach Tom Strand Men will move back into mid-table with a win over Inter Allies in their final outstanding League fixture at the Tarkwa and Aboso Park.

Medeama's domestic troubles remain a source of worry for the Swedish trainer, who has vowed to turn around the side's downward spiral in the Ghanaian top-flight.

The game will be used a dress rehearsal ahead of the side's CAF Confederation Cup play-off against South African side Mamelodi Sundowns.
