Lionel Messi's four-match suspension handed down by the FIFA Disciplinary Committee will not affect his trip to Australia.
The Barcelona superstar is due to play for Argentina against Brazil in the Chevrolet Brasil Global Tour at the MCG on June 9.
Messi received the sanction for directing insulting words at the assistant referee during Thursday's win over Chile, just hours before Tuesday night's 2-0 loss to Bolivia in 2018 World Cup qualifying.
However, the suspension only applies to World Cup qualifying matches meaning Messi is free to play for Argentina in Melbourne.
Edgardo Buaza will bring his best available La Albiceleste talent down under including Messi, Sergio Aguero, Javier Mascherano, Sergio Romero, Angel Di Maria, Pablo Zabaleta, Gonzalo Higuain and Angel Correa.
Brazil boss Tite will bring with him such players as Neymar, Dani Alves, Filipe LuÃs, Fernandinho, Philippe Coutinho and Willian for the Aussie blockbuster.
