Michael Essien will make his debut for Milan at the San Siro when the Rossoneri host Torino on Saturday evening in the Serie A.

The 31-year-old finalized his move from Chelsea on a free transfer on Tuesday and has since trained been training with the club.

His arrival at the club will help add an extra motivation going into this game.

Fellow Ghanaian, Sulley Muntari, has urged his team to continue on the same positive start they have paved since the change of bench personnel and welcomes his fellow compatriot.

“We know we want to do well to move forward and win the next few games. Seedorf’s work is not easy, the important thing is that we do everything as a solid group,” said Muntari.

“Things are going well and we want to stay on this road. We help each other a lot and always do things the best way we can.”
