Chelsea legend Michael Essien was on Stamford Bridge on Boxing Day to watch his former side draw 2-2 with Watford in the English Premier League.

Essien was returning to ‘home’ where he put up some superlative performances for the Blues between 2005 and 2014.

The 33-year-old felt Chelsea were unlucky to have beaten Watford after Oscar missed a second half penalty which could have secured victory.
