Chelsea have beaten a host of Premier League clubs to the signing of highly coveted Belgian forward Michy Batshuayi, according to The Guardian. The Marseille man will be granted special dispensation to leave the Belgian Euro 2016 squad ahead of Friday's game with Wales, in order to complete a medical with the London club and put the final touches on the transfer.
