Middlesbrough fullback Fabio enjoys winding up Swansea fans

Middlesbrough fullback Fabio enjoyed winding up Swansea City fans yesterday.

During the 0-0 draw, the Brazilian full-back landed awkwardly on his neck after an aerial collision before lying motionless on the pitch for an extended period of time.

Physios led him off the pitch to be assessed – before claiming he could not continue.

Fabio was clearly frustrated, clearly signalling he was OK to continue, however the team medics followed the head-injury protocol perfectly and snubbed his request.

The Brazil man then performed the 'Ayotollah' on the way off the pitch – a famous Cardiff City celebration, reports The Sun.

Fabio only left the Bluebirds back in the summer of 2016 – and clearly hasn't forgotten his roots.
