Newly signed Malmo FF midfielder Kingsley Sarfo will make his league bow against his former club Sirius IF at the Swedbank Stadion on Saturday, July 15.

The 21-year-old joined Swedish giants Malmo FF last week from Sirius IF for a club record fee of $1.5million, becoming the third most expensive in their history.

However, the silky attacker will have to wait up until July 15 to make his debut for the club, which incidentally will be against his former employers Sirius in the Swedish Allsvenskan.

And Ghanaian has acknowledged that though it could be his official league debut, he is not thinking about it as he has a lot to offer at Malmo.

“Though the game against my former club could be my debut, I have not thought about it yet.  I will play when the day comes. I do not focus on it now, I’m focusing on playing football here with Malmo FF,” Sarfo stated.

The Ghanaian who has already applied for Swedish nationality had his first training sesesion with Malmo on Monday.
