Sulley Muntari and Kevin-Prince Boateng are expected to turn on the style again for AC Milan in Sunday’s derby against Inter.

The two Ghanaians combined to produce two superb goals for the Rossoneri in their incredible 2-0 win over Barcelona in midweek.

It was joy unconfined on Wednesday for the Milan fans after their team churned out another memorable European night display but the same or even more is required against Inter tonight in the Derby della Maddonina.

The Red and Blacks are the in-form side going into this crunch game- haven won four of their last five unbeaten games as against Inter’s one win, two loses and two draws in their last five.

The impetus and momentum is definitely with Milan following their midweek heroics against the acclaimed best team in the world.

Inter however, cannot be completely written off as they have done in the past, produced unexpected results against their cross town rivals.

A win for the Nerazzurri this time around is highly unexpected with the ‘twin towers’ hitting into their strides at just the right time.

While Muntari is returning from a lengthy injury layoff, Boateng is recovering from a terrible performance in the first half of the campaign which saw coach Massimiliano Allegri’s men in free fall.

They have however worked their way back near the top of Serie-A and though still a way off leaders Juventus, Milan have done themselves proud with their points build up in the second round.

They now even have a chance to lessen the 11-point gap against Juventus – and with Muntari, Boateng ably supported by Ambrossini in midfield with the return of Mario Balotelli, it sure looks like a Rossoneri night in Milan.

Keep an eye on: Mario Balotelli (Milan) – The enigmatic figure makes his Madonnina return, now in a Rossoneri shirt. Never one to shy from a situation, it will be intriguing to see how Balotelli performs given his fantastic start at Milan and the attention he is sure to receive from Inter’s supporters.
