President of Egyptian club Misr Lel-Mikasa Major General Mohamed Abdel Salam says the club won't sell Ghanaian forward John Antwi despite interests from local and foreign clubs.

John Antwi, currently the foreign player with the most goals in the North African country has attracted interest in several clubs including the White Knights, who early inquired about him during the summer transfer window.

However, Abdel Salam is keen on keeping his star players including John Antwi, Boulogne Fawafy and Ahmed Adil Abdel Moneim after losing Eric Troare and Mohmoud Wahid to Pyramids and Al Ahli respectively.

Zamalek were ready to sell Mohammed Ramadan and Mohammed Hassan to finance the transfer of the former Al Ahli forward.

Zamalek coach Christian Gross is reported to be a big admirer of the prolific forward and sees him as the key to his sides goal scoring puzzle.

Meanwhile, the Clearing club have also received two attractive offers from Pyramids for the 26 year old.
