Sports grounds experts, Ibergreen, have announced it has completed work in record time on the playing turf of the Mongomo Stadium where Ghana will play all three Group matches.

The Spain-based company re-laid the playing turf after it was contracted by the Equatorial Guinea, last minute hosts for the Africa Cup of Nations.

Mongomo will host the tournament’s exciting teams who are packed in Group C featuring Ghana, Algeria, South Africa and Senegal.

The stadium’s first match will be on 19 January when Ghana take on Senegal in a crunch match.

Ibergreen have been in existence since 2005 and produce and install turf and natural grass cuttings of high quality with a wide range of varieties.
