Montenegro striker Marko Vesovic has called on his teammates knuckle down if they are to beat Ghana in Wednesday’s international friendly.

The Torino player will have to take up the mantle and lead the line for Montenegro in the absence of Stevan Jovetic and Mirko Vucinic who have been ruled out due to injuries.

Vesovic has scored twice in Montenegro’s last two matches.

“We will need to total concentration if we have to beat Ghana,” the 22-year-old said.

“Ghana is a good team and I have come against some of their players in Europe we will have to be at our utmost best if we have to win.

Vesovic made his debut for Montenegro on October last year in a World Cup qualifier against Moldova.
