Ghana Under-20 midfielder Mumuni Abubakar believes the Black Satellites will run the rule over Africa and the world in 2013.

The Black Satellites will join seven other nations to compete for the African Youth Championship title in Algeria next year.

The Ghanaians sneaked into the continental event after a thrilling 5-4 aggregrate win over North African giants Morocco in October.

Mumuni, who played an influential role in the qualification surge has no doubt the country has got enough arsenals to be Africa and world champions again.

“I think we’re going there to win the cup and replicate the achievement of the 2009 squad at the world showpiece,” the Mamelodi Sundowns midfielder said

“I believe we have a good squad. We have the men to make Ghana proud.

“Of course we know our opponents will be tough but have done it before and we’ll do it again.

The draw for the tournament will be held next week.

Ghana will join perennial rivals Nigeria, Gabon, DR Congo, Benin, Egypt, Mali and host Algeria.

The semi-finalists will represent Africa at the 2013 World Under-20 Championship to be held in Turkey between June 21- July 13.
