Black Stars B poster boy Stephen Sarfo has hit back at critics making a mockery of him on social media for being deficient in English language.

Stephen Sarfo has been trending on social media not for claiming the Golden Boot award, with four goals, at the just ended 2017 WAFU Cup of Nations but for speaking ''bad English''.

In a post-match interview, after scoring two goals to power the Black Stars B to annihilate aged rivals Nigeria 4-1 to win the trophy, the Berekum Chelsea striker failed woefully in answering questions in English.

But in an exclusive interview on Adom News Monday, Stephen Sarfo said ''he is not bothered by the wave of attacks on his English proficiency.''

According to him, his deficiency in the Queen’s language has not stopped him from achieving the massive feat in his career, adding ''no degree holder has a golden boot in his/her cabinet''

The dreadlocks goal poacher said though he was not intelligent while in basic school, his talent has made him very popular.

Stephen Sarfo added that annexing the top scorer award in the tournament is not his ultimate aim.

He said his ultimate dream is to get a call-up into the Black Stars.
