Bechem United striker Abednego Tetteh claims his hat-trick against Hearts of Oak on Sunday in the Ghana Premier League will hurt and disappoint his father.
Tetteh has now tallied 12 goals; two behind leader Yahaya Mohammed of Aduana Stars.
"The hat-trick I scored today is remarkable and it will be one of the things I will never forget in my entire life because I have disappointed someone, my dad," he told reporters.
"My dad is a staunch Hearts of Oak fan. He is popularly called Phobia among his peers.
"I have disappointed him but it's my work I'm doing. I am really excited for the hat-trick and I give praises to God."
The former Okwawu United striker netted thrice to help Bechem United beat Hearts of Oak 3-1 at the Nana Fosu Gyeabour Park.
