Nafiu Iddrisu replaces Nti Boakye in Kotoko squad to face Sony Nguema

Striker Nafiu Iddrisu has replaced Kofi Nti Boakye in Asante Kotoko's squad for their CAF Champions League return leg qualifier against Sony ela Nguema.

Boakye picked up the injury when he scored his second goal in the 7-0 first leg win over the Equatoguinean side at hom.

He was replaced after the the break by Siedu Bancey who also scored on the afternoon at the Baba Yara Stadium.

Iddrisu has been a bit-part player for Kotoko and was a second half substitute in last Sunday's 3-3 draw with Liberty Professionals at home in the Ghana Premier League.

Kotoko left Accra on Wednesday afternoon for the second round preliminary round qualifier.

The match will be played on Saturday in Malabo with the winner of the two-legged tie advancing to the first round to play either JSM Bejaia or FC Olympic.
