Ghanaian midfielder Bismark Adjei-Boateng scored the opening goal for Stromsgodset who thrashed Kjelsås 4-0 in the Norwegian Cup on Wednesday. 

The 21-year-old Manchester City loanee shot his side upfront as early as the 46th minute with a fabulous strike before Fossum, Kovacs and Lehne Olsen scored the other goals.

Stromsgodset had pressed for the first goal of the game but could not score in the first 45 minutes but just a minutes into the second-half, Boateng race his side into the lead.

The former Right to Drean Academy graduate has suffered with injuries and loss of form in recent seasons but is set to stage a comeback this season.
