Napoli chief Cristian Guintoli broke their media silence after last night's Coppa Italia defeat to Juventus.
The Azzurri lost 3-1, with two controversial penalties awarded to Juve.
Guintoli snapped: "No, we have not decided to stop the blackout, but it seemed right to congratulate the guys for the great game, we go out defeated by scandalous decisions.
"What happened is bad for Italian football.
"The refereeing decisions were shameful, congratulations to the team anyway."
