Despite not having established himself as a powerhouse for Napoli so far, Italian winger/forward Roberto Insigne (22), younger brother of international Lorenzo Insigne, has started talks with Azzurri top brass on a possible deal extension, according to local broadcast Radio Kiss Kiss.
Former Avellino and Perugia player is currently on a deal with Serie A giants until June 2017.
