After both Chelsea and Everton pursued him hard during last summer window, Napoli management are willing to sign Senegalese international centre-back Kalidou Koulibaly (25) on a new contract.

Former Genk player, equipped with a second French passport, will be submitted a new agreement, including an annual salary raise up to â‚¬2.2m, bringing its expiring date from June 2019 to 2021. Plus, an about â‚¬84/£71m release clause would be put in the new bargain.
