Narry joins Le Mans on loan

Ghana midfielder Moussa Narry has joined fellow Ligue 1 side Le Mans on loan for more playing time to retain his national team place ahead of the World Cup in South Africa.

The 23-year-old warmed the bench for the first half of the season at AJ Auxerre and has switched to save his international career.

Narry, who earned a starting role in Ghana's Nations Cup opener against Ivory Coast, failed to impress and dropped in the midfield pecking order.

He had a good first season at Auxerre after moving from Tunisian side Etoile du Sahel in the summer of 2008 but has been off the radar this term.

Narry's experience could help Le Mans survive relegation as they currently lie 18th on the league table.
