Nat Asamoah to join Red Star Belgrade camp in Montenegro

Asante Kotoko striker Nathaniel Asamoah will join Red Star Belgrade's camp in Montenegro after arriving in Serbia last week, GHANAsoccernet.com can reveal.

The 21-year-old marksman who is expected to spend two weeks with the former European champions trained with the club's second string side after arriving on Thursday.

Asamoah must do more to impress Red Star coach Robert Prosinecki during his stay before the January transfer window closes next week.

He scored five goals in the first round of the Glo Premier League.

Asamoah will become the fourth Ghanaian signing by the Serbian giants after Haminu Dramani, Lee Addy, Issa Mohammed if he is successful.
